Charlene Ewing

Charlene Ewing is an artist and creative facilitator with a background in both studio art and art history. She earned her bachelor’s degree in art history while actively practicing studio art, exploring a variety of creative mediums including oil painting, acrylics, watercolor, pastel work, and printmaking.

With experience teaching art to middle school students, Charlene brings a calm, supportive, and expressive approach to creativity. Her work is inspired by color, design, imagination, and the emotional process of creating.

Within our programs, Charlene guides art experiences that encourage self-expression, mindfulness, creativity, and personal reflection. Activities may include intuitive painting, dreamscape art, color exploration and personalized mandala-inspired pieces that reflect each participant’s unique connection to themselves, nature, and animals - often inspired by the horses themselves.

Charlene believes art can provide a gentle and meaningful outlet for expression, helping to explore emotion, imagination, confidence, and connection.
